Owners, Valentino and Amanda Fazelynia, welcome you to their privately owned Italian restaurant in the delightful Cheshire town of Wilmslow.

With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, and previous restaurants in Cheadle and Macclesfield, Valentino knows how to give the discerning diners of Cheshire a wonderful dining experience.

Sarafina prides itself on freshly prepared and cooked food, with Valentino visiting the early morning markets to choose the best and freshest produce.

As the food is freshly prepared Sarafina can easily accommodate diners individual likes, dislikes, allergies or religious preferences.

Private ownership means Sarafina is highly flexible and responsive to diners needs. Not only can special dietary requirements be catered for, but from small intimate gatherings to large parties of up to 80 people, Sarafina will make every occasion special. The split level restaurant allows a different ambiance to be created on each level.

Sarafina’s speciality is fish dishes. There are always four different fish dishes on the menu, with at least four more fish dishes, often including seabass, monkfish and shellfish, on the specials board.

The extensive menu ensures there’s something for every taste. From a simple pizza or pasta dish before the cinema; through to an evening out with a great bottle of wine and an a la carte meal, Sarafina is the place to go.
